Management is very helpful and always willing to assist at any given moment, maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. The neighbors are quiet, it definitely is very comfortable here and I will continue to stay. Thank you all for everything you do to make this place like home.

I moved in here a little over a year ago, and I can say thanks to Mrs.cooper my transition was smoother then I imagined. Her knowledge of the process and her consistency with me made this process amazing. I felt welcomed. Every maintenance request i ever submitted has been handled in a timely manner and the geographical view is always nice. I am always informed of any changes or request from Mrs.cooper through our community portal and emails. I am quick to refer people i hear looking for a nice... affordable place to live, the only problem is there is never a vacant unit..
so I will honesty say Good job MR. Foster on finding such a nice and sweet lady to represent Forrestbrooke apts.

Kim came in as the new resident manager and she has been amazing. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, but what she has done with this property is amazing. Flowers, decorations, even the pool has a "pool party" atmosphere. Kim has made this a place I look forward to coming home to. And on top of that, she is a genuinely nice person. So easy to talk to, so very helpful.

I just moved in but have been really enjoying it here! Property manager Kim and the maintenance team here has been extremely responsive. Kim’s done an awesome job on making sure my apartment is perfect for me. The complex is well lit, quiet, and my neighbors are really nice. It feels safe. I’m really enjoying it here! -Megan Johnson

I have lived in many apartments throughout my life and now I have lived at Forest Brooke for 3 years .My first two years it was not the best place to live just because no one was here to oversee the property or to follow up with us and even the issues we had went unattended for weeks I stayed because the rent is affordable , and the area is located close to shopping and my job. We now have a manager and maintenance onsite all the time and this has improved the response time regarding... maintenance and the overall appearance in the property. The new manager is very friendly but professional and expect all of us to follow the rules of the property / cleanliness this has really made a different when you hold people responsible .She is always out on the grounds, cleaning, looking and checking on things as well as us she always takes the time to say hi and ask us if everything is ok in the apartment . I am so happy that I stayed because It is a great feeling to know that we have someone who cares about the property and our needs overall. this past year have been tough on as all! Thank you all for everything you do and all that you will do moving forward
