Terrific staff, and a great place to live! The residents are mostly nice, family people, and it's a friendly environment. Staff at the clubhouse are very nice, and wioll answer any questions one might have.

Would not recommend

Not a comfortable place to live. There are not enough characters for me to go into depth but there are large disturbing black birds everywhere. Dirty apartment buildings. I've gone without heat/air for close to six months before it was fixed. Property management priorities are mismanaged. Will find any reason to charge you. Not comfortable, clean, safe, or secure. Friendly staff tho.

Jaylen is amazing. She’s the leasing specialist at Pinnacle. From the first time she showed me the apartment, to the move in process, everything was made easy.

The maintenance man was very friendly, and efficient as well!
