Parking is terrible

What is the point in renting an apartment that has parking in front of it if they flat out refuse to enforce any kind of parking rules? Over and over again because I work a little later or I run out to the grocery store when I get home, I can't even park on the same block as my apartment. Almost every other complex has some kind of visitor parking rules but here the property manager refuses to acknowledge the issue. If they would address this, I'd be totally happy. But carrying everything from... your vehicle in the pouring rain or in the snow from a long way away while paying more for an apartment with parking in front of it is ridiculous.

Yennifer

am writing to you in order to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the quality of life experienced in this condominium. Unfortunately, my experience has been so negative that I consider it my duty to inform people interested in moving here about all the reasons why they should reconsider their decision.

First of all, I would like to highlight the lack of proper maintenance in the common areas. The gardens are neglected, full of weeds and pests, which not only affects the...
aesthetics of the place, but also the health and safety of the residents. In addition, the recreational areas, such as the pool and the gym, are in a deplorable state, with broken equipment and accumulated dirt, which makes it impossible to enjoy them.

Secondly, the management of the condominium is completely inefficient. The problems and requests of residents are ignored or treated with an alarming lack of professionalism. The necessary repairs in the units are postponed indefinitely, resulting in a constant deterioration of living conditions. In addition, the lack of security is evident, since the access doors are often open and anyone can enter without restrictions.

Another aspect that I can't overlook is the lack of respect and consideration among the neighbors. Excessive noise and constants until late at night are a constant in this place. Coexistence has become unsustainable due to the lack of rules and the indifference of the administration to enforce the established rules.

Learn from our mistakes

I have lived here a year and a half now with my significant other and can't last any longer.
I have never seen such a poorly managed business or apartment complex in my life. I am appalled at the things said to me from management.
Negatives to consider before signing a lease here:
-Poorly managed and unacceptable customer service (not from all staff, just select)
-Dog waste issue (very bad)
-Apartment features: Lighting. Only overhead lighting in kitchen and bathrooms, not in bedroom or living...
room; our floor plan doesn't offer a lot of natural light so the apartment feels dark.
-Security and feeling safe
-Feeling disregarded after expressing any concern.

Beulah completely IGNORED anything we had to say and NEVER ADDRESSED OR TRIED TO HELP ANY PROBLEM.
I addressed concerns with the front desk numerous times and the manager of Beulah Place responded with hostility, insults, unsympathetic tones, and disrespect. Each concern was addressed with denial and excuses rather than acknowledging the problem and working towards solutions. Management was "insisting" (based on how their emails come across) that we were wrong about everything.I haven't felt comfortable reaching out about any circumstance now with them since they responded so bluntly and dismissive numerous times. Some of the emails sent out to all residents even had an unfriendly and disrespectful tone.
Beulah came across dishonest to me because I had received numerous different emails (either as an email to all residents or in direct responses) with differing information in regards to safety/crime stats, dog waste /how they plan to deal with it, etc. With all different information coming directly from them it makes me question their honesty in all aspects.

Had Beulah been helpful, understanding, or sympathetic in any way it would have changed the experience we had here. I think in the future Oakwood management should have Beulah work on customer service and respect for those living here.

I do want to mention not all the staff at Beulah are insulting. There are a couple people who have been kind and hardworking and do not contribute to our negative experience here.

I'm sure they won't love a negative review, but I said nothing that wasn't true and have plenty of proof.

Young and still growing

Both of the above can be a challenge. Construction noise and the associated dust/dirt that accompanies same can be annoying. The finished work can be a bit sloppy. On the plus side, it’s well maintained, well lit and relatively comfortable. The amenities are very nice, although the pool is a little small for such a large complex. It is a short walk to historic Grove City, which is nice. And not far from the major shopping and restaurant areas.
