Terrible dog management!!!

I’ve lived here since march. And since then I have had probably 10 negative dog interactions, management does nothing to make sure people are watching their dogs. Nobody leashes their dogs here. Employees AND contractors BRING their dogs to work and chain them outside in the 90° summer heat to nearby trees!! I went to the office and the only thing they said they did was talk to him. The dog problem in this neighborhood is absolutely insane and nobody watches their dogs here. I’m disgusted by... management for allowing these wretched behaviors. I do not recommend living here if you are a proactive dog owner!!

Run

I spoke with the office and made an appointment to view the inside of the apartment. The apartment was nice but once I signed my lease and received my keys. It was a different apartment than what I had seen. Somehow, the apartment that I viewed was rented.(So they say.)Right after I received my key I started to notice bed bugs crawling on the walls. I called the office with in minutes and had to leave a message they would not answer and there was a sign on the door closed. I did not know what to... do I was moving from another town my uhaul was blocking the parking lot... Horrible!!!!!! The worst rental I've ever lived in. It's always better to lose some money rather than stay in a dangerous situation, like an apartment

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Management is not helpful at all. I lived there for three years and had to get my A/C fixed every summer. Plumbing fixtures and windows are old and do not work well. I recently moved out and didn't realize I had to turn off autopay and they charged me for rent when I didn't live there. Now they won't answer the phones and won't give me my money back. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Not worth the huge rent increasae each year,
