Love my new apartment. It looked exactly like the online pictures. Abbi in the office was super sweet and helpful and maintenance seems very friendly and is always on site working.

Go elsewhere. Apartments just as good elsewhere for just as cheap. Management company is horrible; very inconvenient. Ownership group is horrible. Increased my water over 3x what I was originally paying on their first day. And, increased my rent over 10% in one year.
They are obviously looking to push out a lot of current tenants in order to refurbish the apartments to be able to charge more. What they don't see is there are just a good facilities in the area for a lot cheaper.

I have met the neighbors, so I do know they are here, but the building stays very quiet most of the time which I greatly appreciate!!! The building stays clean and up to date! They maintain the lawns and grounds. I also love how close it is to the bike path!
