Response was quick! Work was completed with no mess or fuss.
This is a reoccurrence issue that could have safety issues. My wife could not exit the house in her current condition.

The crew at Medina Redwoods are top notch!
Anytime I had a problem,Chris came right away and fixed any problem I had.
It was sometimes hard to get Adrienne to call me back.Emails and calls were ignored.
The apartment was nice.Quiet.
