I have lived in maple oaks for 4 years now and Mary is hands down the best property manager I have dealt with here. She is quick to resolve any issues we have had and she has turned the property around. She has managed to get the pool open this summer when I havent seen it open in at least 2 years prior to this year. Mary actually cares about the residents here and thats not something you find often.

My apartment was rushed before moving and it might have been because the property manager was out of town. I was given the wrong Haley’s, there’s STILL no lock on my shed and I’ve lived here since JULY. Maintenance has so far half assed everything they do. They fix one thing and then another thing associated with it goes wrong. I have sooo many issues and has asked for maintenance soo many times, but it’s like they’re too lazy to come fix simple things like a leak and other things. Also, the... neighbors , VERY unwelcoming and gives me a hard time almost everyday. Whether it be a made up complaint, the loud noises or the banging on the walls. At this point I need to find somewhere else to move because this does NOT feel like home. And I was already threatened with an eviction notice when I literally don’t do anything. I’m not even home half of the time and I have even enjoy it when I am. Worst experience for a first time mover and I would definitely NOT recommend moving over here. They still have to get their team together because right now. It seems like it’s going downhill. I honestly wish I could give zero stars.

Management keeps changing, loses paperwork and tries to charge you fees when you move out for carpet that is 7 years old. Maintenance doesn't fix anything well. Literally holes in the walls to the outside, tons of spiders and centipedes and silverfish. Thin windows and walls heating and cooling bills incredibly expensive. The landscapers were using my water and my water bills were hundreds of dollars.

I've lived here since 2014. A few years ago a new property group purchased this property. Since they've taken over the pool has not opened, the front office does not return calls for maint. requests, the units HVAC are horrible and they refuse to fix it. The units themselves are overpriced for painted plywood cabinets, floor tacks sticking through the carpet, power outlets that can't hold a plug and randomly let it fall out. Even contacting the "Regional Property Manager" is a pointless task... . These people just want your money and that is all.
The front office communication is down right horrid. Danny the property manager is rude and does not get anything done.
