Wonderful transition

I returned back to Sandusky after 30 years. Maria at the Villa’s was so accommodating and it enabled me to be able to transition back to Sandusky while awaiting for the appropriate time to purchase a home. I enjoy the townhouse -it’s very homey. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space as well as an open feeling. If there’s ever an issue there quick to respond. I have not had many of those if you’re looking for something open and spacious this is the place to... be.

Roaches

They look great- but don’t be fooled. They are constructed horribly. Siding peeling from building. Roof shingles coming up. Cracks in walls, uneven and broken floors. Appliances work about 1/2 the time. Worst of all- roaches and other pests they REFUSE to take care of. But they will yell at you if you don’t put your garbage bin away by Friday.

Cook's Kitchen!!

Excellent Kitchen for cooking! It is beautiful too. Color Scheme is nice and goes with everything! Oversize Bathrooms and Closets! And a Garage to boot!! Management is Wonderful and Responsive! Doesn't get much better than this for a Rental!!

Beautiful new townhome

I am currently living in my beautiful ,new town home at Villas at SC . I absolutely love it ! I love the seperate living space , high ceilings, garage, pantry and the neighborhood. It’s a very quiet peaceful development. The staff are great and prompt to your all needs . Maria the manager is wonderful!

Excellent property

Excellent location. 15 minutes from everything in Sandusky. Easy to get out of the city (US-250 and OH-2)
Recent built apartments with good finish and some amenities
Excellent crew maintaining the building and surroundings.
My family recommends.
