very quick service one of the three lights in the master bath were out. They bulb was replaced within an hour! That was totally fast.

John was here promptly to change the battery. The maintenance people here are always quick to address any problem I might have.

Fixed the loose door handle, adjusted the tub faucet and showed me how to remove the screens to clean the window glass.
