My car along with several other neighbors cars was vandalized when we all went to the office about the issue we were told there was nothing they could do they said they wouldn’t hire security because it cost to much money well guess what so does my rent and my Lexus

Enjoyed living here!!

I lived here previously for 2 and moved back a few years later in 2022 and the unit was updated and felt more comfortable. I never had any issues with other residents or management. Maintenance was always quick to respond when i needed something fixed.

Not a comfortable living situation

We lived at this complex for 15 months and had multiple unfortunate experiences. Our cars were broken into and hit. Although the complex has a no-smoking policy (with illegal drugs) you can rest assured that your unit will stink of whatever your neighbors smoke. The trash compactor was full or broken constantly. The only time the office was pleasant with us was prior to signing the lease and as we were moving out. Staff often acts annoyed and are dismissive of concerns. It seems as though they... have no real realization that you live in these units and have to deal with unresolved issues. The office staff used to be so hostile we never felt comfortable enough to use the pool. There is no urgency to help current residents. One of the prior property managers was rude and bad-mouthed us to other employees and residents on multiple occasions (we have proof in emails). This was because we complained of our damaged, stained, weed-smelling carpet that we asked to have cleaned on multiple occasions. The unit was disgusting at move-in. The property manager at move-in, Elizabeth, was wonderful. She put in work orders for us after seeing how awful the unit was, only to have maintenance say they wouldn’t fix the issues because at the time we had a 3 month lease. It took nearly 10 months for them to re-seal the tub after we expressed concerns of mold our first day in the unit. Maintenance is a saving grace here. We have them on surveillance discussing how horrific it is that they are instructed to resort to “band-aid” solutions for problems in the units. They want to do right by their residents and that’s very apparent. The old property manager was horribly cheap. Our AC broke twice and was never replaced, just given cheap solutions. We were never given notice of a radon-reduction system being installed into our unit. We have the print-out that states we would have gotten a hockey-puck-sized test placed in our unit. The next thing we know three men take 4 hours to put a massive system into an already tiny closet. The list goes on and on. To their credit, we never saw any bugs. A new employee helped us at move-out and she was amazing. They can’t help it, but the power goes out frequently here. You get what you pay for. Fine in a pinch, but far from a comfortable living situation.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

DO NOT RENT HERE. This place nickels and dimes you when you move out and you will end up owing money because they want whatever they can get out of you. Oh, also make sure you tell them where you’re moving because they don’t let you know when you owe them. $10 to clean a microwave? $10 to replace their cheap blinds that are normal wear and tear? I called them multiple times to tell them about these cheap blinds that keep falling and they don’t do anything for you. Everything in the apartment is... so cheap and ugly. Also, it’s so dangerous there and they don’t do anything about it. One of my neighbors got robbed at gun point coming home from work and my boyfriends license plate got stolen as well as other peoples around. They don’t do anything about it or warn their residents. They also don’t have cameras so people will rob you. All of my neighbors moved out after the robbing incident. They people that work there are shady and just want your money. Do not live here and spend your money here.

Resident 3rd Lease

I have lived here on a bottom unit and never have had any issues. Everyone that visits finds it so serene and peaceful. People are amazed that Westerville Road is so close. The grounds are always kept manicured, pool is fantastic and office staff truly cares about my happiness here. Not only that, but first and foremost they care for the property and have a great maintenance crew that cares also. I would not stay here if what I stated wasn't the facts. As a matter of fact I left my purse on... my patio(ground floor) all night until I reliazed it was not in the house. I went in at 10 pm and retrieved at 12:45 pm the next day. Had cash, keys, cards, etc., it was sitting right in the chair highly visible on sunny day. My blinds and drapes were shut I know people saw it, but never touched anything. Staying until I retire to the ocean.
