Terrible Service
I scheduled a tour for today. And I arrived right on time excited and ready to tour the property. And to show my fiancé! I call the number that the AI assistant gave me. Come to find out they have nothing available. And won’t have anything available for a while. The associate who I called proceeded to blame the error on the AI assistant. They didn’t really apologize for the massive inconvenience.
Normally this shouldn’t be a big deal. However 99% of companies who use AI check to make sure it... doesn’t mislead customers. Not only is it easy to check but they didn’t even bother to check. Had no idea I was going to try and come in and waste my time. As well as my fiancés time. They also haven’t even bothered to update their listings. They say that they have units available to tour/rent as of today.
If they can’t manage their AI and utilize proper customer service. And update listings/website. Don’t expect much from the property :)! I wouldn’t ever recommend this to anyone as they won’t bother to check up on the listing. I will make sure to tell other buddies looking for a place to not waste their time! Even the ones who were interested in this property like myself and my fiancé! And you shouldn’t either!
