Love my home I have been living here since October 2023 and I’ve had nothing but a great experience! The staff is amazing and very nice! I’m glad I made the decision. To call Raintree my home.

Lease renewal The process was fast and easy. No problems if nothing has changed since the first initial signing. But since everything was an exact copy of the original contract with no real means of adding or changing, it may force others to request a one on one to report such changes to be documented. I personaly was happy with my experience

I rented a studio as an Active Duty member from 2023 to 2024. The place was quiet and close to work but peoples cars were broken into on a less-than-common basis. There was always trash in the courtyard and the breezeways. When I PCS'd they charged me $80 for cleaning and my utilities were doubled for that month. The utilities are divided among the units per building, meaning I paid $134 dollars for utilities omw out and I couldn't refute it because it was based on how much the building used,... not the individual unit. The front desk workers were polite and worked with me. You'd be better off finding a small apartment elsewhere
