Roaches; unusable dishwasher; leak in the gas stove

My lease is about up and this has to be one of the worst apartments to go to in the surrounding areas, constant fighting from neighbors donestic disputes etc, horrible parking, roaches have infested multiple apartments, mine not being as bad as others which is scary to me, constant water emergencies and outages, just simply dont go here if you want a place to stay.

Haha haha just keep looking

I haven't had a working fridge in a year. We don't have central heat or air, it's a single beaten old AC window unit and a gas heater. No water pressure. I've gotten so use to the roaches I just casually shake them off. Named one Fred. We had giant rats for a bit, like I now understand why chiuauhas are some times called rat dogs, rats get big. We pay utility bills that is everyone's gas/water/trash/sewer that's divided by all tenants. My floor is coming up, apparently they didn't glue it down... properly. Plus side I don't need the heater in winter, it's always warm. Like summers suuuuuuccccckkkkkk but winter I still run my AC at times ( on a normal winter too where it's snowing outside) No parking. If you work late nights, enjoy the battle of finding parking, its annoying. Seriously I sound like I'm joking, I'm not. Seriously look else where. Any where. Your not getting quality your getting ripped off here. Please please please just look else where.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Under no circumstances would I recommend this complex to ANYONE. Where to begin...when I moved in, the smoke detector didn't work so the manager (who thankfully went out the door eventually) told me it wasn't her problem and I had to buy my own. No matter how clean my apartment was, there was a constant infestation of roaches. It took literally 10 minutes at the very least to get hot water, and good luck getting any water pressure. The refrigerator shelves were all busted up. The pilot light for... the oven had to be relit CONSTANTLY and the kitchen sink overflowed at random ALL the time. The maintenance man was awesome and he did what he could with the resources he was given, I really liked him.
I moved in when the place was all bills paid and suddenly, after the sketchy manager was gone, I was called in and told that was no longer going to be the case. I was also told they couldn't find my lease. They said they would look for it and a couple weeks later they apparently found it. THEN after another couple of weeks I get a notice on my door saying I DON'T have a lease and I will be paying $30 more PLUS a $100 month to month fee. That was it for me and I moved out by the end of the month. I requested my deposit back and was told I would only get $60 because they painted, changed the locks, and cleaned. My apartment was cleaned before I turned in the keys, I let them know they legally cannot charge me for changing the locks, and there was no damage to the paint. I faxed this to their main office in L.A. (Pro Residential Management). 24 hours later, all of the charges were suddenly changed and they say I owe them $10. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

It's literally a Rat hole

Their is a rat infestation. The pest control has only been out once to my apartment and I've been here over a year. The ceiling of my apartment has a huge patch and my neighbors that share a wall with me swore they had black mold before they moved out. The manager is never in and you can't get ahold of her to save your life. The pictures you see look amazing, but all of the apartments Ive seen here look to be from the 70's but with fresh slapped paint. Not to mention they just slapped paint on... smoke covered walls. I know that because slowly the walls have oozed yellow streaks through the paint. It also went from all bills paid to you pay every bill. Including a percentage of all the apartment complex. Look else where. Seriously any other apartment in the area is better than this hole in the wall.

Its just ewwwwww

From rats that are bigger than my dog to floors that come up. Seriously too expensive for what you get. It use to be all bills paid so it wasnt bad. Now its you pay every bill including a percentage of the gas and trash for the WHOLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. The manager is never in. The only a/c in the apartments is a small window unit that barely works. If your on the top floor where the sun shines in, its gets to be the temperature of hell in the summer. You can put work orders in, but if it has... multiple things, only one thing gets repaired. If you can call it repaired. Then the parking is horrible. If you work late nights good luck finding a spot close to your apartment building. I recommend carrying a knife with you.
