maintenance not done
In general these apartments are okay but if you have a bigger maintenance issue don't expect it to get fixed in a timely manner if at all. We have had an issue with the dryer vent since we moved 11 weeks ago. I have gone in twice a week almost every week and am always told that someone will be out that day or the next to take a look and get working on it. Most of the time no one shows up and if someone does show up they are confused as to what the issue is and then leave without doing anything.... No follow up or follow through from anyone at the complex. I have to take time out of my day to go into the office to get any sort of information and all that we are told is that they will get to it. At 11 weeks you would have thought someone in the office would have taken ownership of making sure this gets fixed but that has not happened so I am left with paying for an apartment that doesn't have the amenities that it should have.
