Patio Storage Locked Submitted the request and had to follow up after about 3 days since I didn't receive an initial response from anyone. There was no key onsite to open our storage and it took another week to get that resolved. Not the most professional in my opinion since we just moved into or unit less than a month ago. The fact that the doors and keys were not checked prior to our move was quite disappointing.

False Advertisement | Mold

Our family relocated from across the country so we were not able to physically view the property. We were given a "virtual tour" that consisted of the photos you see here. It is all false. Monte Vista is not as advertised.

The renovated units- are not updated, cabinets are falling off, appliances are dated and on their last leg. No hardwood floors. There is carpet even in the dining area.

The apartment- windows leak, ceiling leaks, there is mold in window seals, tubs, and under sinks.

Mold...
- All of our family members including our pets have had to receive medical care for mold exposure.

Home automation/Smart home- there is a 1990s phone jack. There are switches that don't turn anything on.

Rust, mold, and dirt are just painted over in lieu of actual repairs. The door barely locks. Air seeps through door and windows.

The indoor pool - is not heated. It is ice cold year round.

The spa - smells like rotten fish

The outdoor pool- has broken patio furniture and a broken grill. Dirty diapers, insect covered candy, and other trash are left.

The grounds - resident have to be reminded constantly to clean up after thier pets on walkways, throw away trash, clean off their patios of things that attract rodents and insects, etc.

The playground- is not safe equipment and is in a giant mud hole.

Accessiblity- this property is extremely difficult to get around if you have a wheelchair or have walking difficulties. Trees have uprooted pathways.

Parking- is a very tight squeeze and there is no room for a visitor.

Maintenance- is timely and friendly however they can only do what they can with what little ownsership gives them.

Management- They tried. Again, they can only do what ownership tells them to do.

It is unfortunate that you cannot upload photos on apartment.com reviews.

Ownership Cushman and Wakefield have ignored multiple attempts to contact. This property management company is absolutely abysmal.
