DONT RENT HERE

I had read mixed reviews and now regret ignoring the bad ones. Worst place I have ever lived in.
Pros are the location next to park, the W/D inclusion, and the reasonable rental price depending on the time of year
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE! Not worth it. Never fix anything. Apartments are falling apart. Management sucks.

Was Nice At First...

The apartments themselves are pretty nice but they pile a ton of fees on you on top of your already expensive rent. Management changed after we moved in and things went downhill. Whenever I would call or go into the office with a question the manager was never available and whoever I spoke to said they would pass the information on but I would never hear back from the manager with an answer. My closet door broke months ago and they said they needed to order a new part (specific wheel type... apparently) and they have never come back to fix it. Towel rack was crooked when we moved in and then broke off on one side and it took them a month to come and fix it and they left a mess everywhere. Although it is a non-smoking complex people are smoking everywhere and I never see or hear of management addressing it. Similarly the trash area was a disaster, now they have a company that picks up trash door to door (which they charge the residents for) but trash is still littered around the complex daily.

The apartments themselves are nice but with the mix of disrespectful tenants and unreliably/unreachable management it is not worth the price. Go down the street for similar apartments that are just as close to the max and managed far better.

Rent great at the start...

Our rent rates were great the the start, nice and cheap for a 2 bed 1.5 bath, but ownership changed in the middle of us living here, and now we're paying close too 1100 when we started out at around 950. Cozy, comes with fireplace nice colored cabinets and bathrooms are great. But like I said before the pricing was boosted with ownership.

Great area

It's in a prime location maybe that's why the rent is so high. Which I why it's 4 stars not 5. Management is ok lol
