Very happy

I love the location and the forest trees surroundings. The two bedrooms apartment is roomy and fits my needs. The extra room is my office and activity room. As for the exceptional managerial staff, they were quite helpful...they went the extra mile, so to speak, to work with me. Although there's a waiting list...I believe it's worth the wait.

Peaceful, Quiet Apartment Complex

We've lived here for a few months and have had a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful, with wildlife and birds right outside your door. Management is responsive to our requests when something breaks. We can hear our upstairs neighbor a little bit (flushing toilet, talking) but not enough to bother us. Everyone is pretty chill, respectful, and quiet. People mostly keep to themselves. Great proximity to trails if you're a trail runner or hiker. Awesome school district if you have kids.... It has been a great place for us to live and we are really THANKFUL to have found it.

Person on the phone was extremely rude

I called to ask about available units and the woman on the phone had the worst tone/attitude for no reason. Guess they don't want people to live there.

Poor Communication

I applied for this apartment complex and was denied on the grounds of "credit history" and "rental history" (no more specific than that). Instead of giving me the opportunity to get a cosigner or pay an additional security deposit, they denied me outright. Plus, I spoke with my current landlord and they confirmed that they did not receive a request for rental history information from their management. I wanted an explanation as to why I was denied to better understand how to apply for other... places in the future. Despite asking multiple times, the property manager did not give me specific reasons as to why my "credit history" and "rental history" were not enough me to rent a space there. They only cited that they "have a right to deny any application that doesn't meet their screening criteria". I was also ignored for more than 72 business hours after making a request for more information, and had to send a second email asking for clarification again. Not to mention, every email they sent me was riddled with spelling and grammar errors. If this is how they communicate with potential applicants, I shudder to think of how their tenants are treated.
