Management not responsive
I have been having a problem with my heating system that I escalated more than three times with no response. I am currently not able to use the heating system in my home because of cold winter.

Hi Ingy! I apologize we did not get back to you as quickly as we would've liked. Because we are short staffed in the office currently, wait times are a little more than the same day responses we usually like to give. However, we had emailed you the... day before you called but it looks like you might not have received that email. We attempted to call you back a few times but we could not get through. The quickest way to get a response is by email since our phone calls tend to reroute to our call center and they won't know specifics about things we have already discussed. We did drop a space heater off for you while we wait for your new PTAC system to be shipped to us. We will install it as soon as it arrives!
