Unprofessional Management

I have lived here over three years. I do not recommend this place due to management. We had neighbors above us fighting, crashing into walls, and screaming past 12am for months. The Tigard police were here on many occassions to deal with the issue. Management never apologized to my wife and I. Lots of turnover in management while we've been here. During the 15-year exterior renovation over this summer 2022, the apartment management contracted the construction team with scope gap for electricity... such that residents' electricity is used so the construction crew can run their equipment. This was never discussed or disclosed to residents. When I called the management and asked for a break on rent due to added expenses, and loud noise, they told me, everyone is having their apartment exteriors renovated, so deal with it. The breakers were tripping multiple times a day for weeks while the construction crews were working on surrounding units, but not ours, using our balcony's electrical outlet and the management told us that they "cannot coordinate with the construction crew" so cannot get us a date when we would be able to use our balcony again, which left my property innaccessible in a closet attached to the balcony for over two and a half weeks... My check bounced once after making a complaint regarding the way construction was being handled and now the management claims that it is "impossible" for my wife and I to pay through the online portal and we are required to pay through money-orders for "six months to a year, not really sure." They also sent a letter with a stamp saying "thinking of you" regarding the complaint I made about construction and they threatened to end our lease if we "interfere with management". All because I wanted to use the balcony again, or get a break on rent, due to my property and balcony being boarded off for two and half weeks and construction using our electricity that we pay for to work on surrounding units as well as loud noise from construction. I talked to the construction foreman and he told me that management told him all about my complaint, meaning they do talk with the construction team when it's convenient for them, but not when the residents request dates for when work will be completed. The management team sent us multiple notices during construction our unit would be entered sometime from 8am to 5pm over a week long period. This was very distressing and nearly impossible to plan for to keep our pet from escaping.

Unprofessional Management

I do not recommend this place due to management. We had neighbors above us fighting, crashing into walls, and screaming past 12am for over 9 months. Could be livable after the management and windows are replaced

We lived at Hampton Ridge for six years and were content for the first five. The final year has been a nightmare. There has been a ton of turnover in management and the current manager is impressively terrible. If you can get ahold of her at all (an excessively difficult task), the manager is rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. You'd better hope you don't have any issues because if you do instead of help you'll be met by indifference and incompetence.

The apartments themselves are okay; a...
decent amount of space for the money, nice landscaping, and a good location for commuting. The finishes are cheap as they come and aging. The countertops are white, porous, and impossible to clean. The windows are paper thin and do nothing for insulation from noise or weather. You'll be wiping mold spores off the window frame and being woken up by inconsiderate neighbors constantly.

Terrible and rude management

I highly suggest turning away from this apartment complex. It is overpriced for outdated buildings, appliances and fixtures. Staff is incredibly disorganized and rude.

Great Place to Live

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. The complex is very quiet, you can hear the birds every morning singing in the many trees that are on the grounds. The grounds are meticulously maintained and every maintenance request I have submitted has been responded to the very same day. The management is the best part, Ashley is THE best apartment manager, her communications are prompt and clear. I love living here and hope that I do not have to move due to rising rent costs because it truly is a great... complex.
