Living here is so much comfort for my husband and I. We’ve been here since 2023 and no major problem encountered ever since. The place is adjacent to almost everything especially my workplace which is just 3-5 minute drive.

The Overlook apartments are well thought out have a great layout and are very well kept. Services included in the cost or sewer and water and valet trash. You have access to ground pool and grilling and a 24/7 gym. If there’s a problem inside of your apartment, submitting a ticket is quick easy and has a rapid response.

My residents experience so far is great the nighbors are nice the people at the office is nice and have been helpful and I like that they have holiday events for the residents at the overlook.
I enjoy taking my walks around the apartment complex with a few challenging hills.
So far my apartment is doing great the maintenance guys ti a great job when I needed them they came and fixed what needed to be fixed.

The management and maintenance are amazing. Apartments are giving great value for the money.
Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Who is into walking - nice to walk around and get the steps in.
Grocery stores are pretty close, too, as well as downtown Harrisburg.
