Damage and Issues from Apartment Updates
I have been having issues with required updates at these apartments resulting in multiple maintenance requests. The recent required updates by management resulted in issues or damages. I understand its not the company's fault when these errors are made and accidents happen... however, when its ignored and there is risk for more damage it is alarming. I called promptly to communicate the issues and hoped they would fix them to minimize the effects of the issues/damages. However, my requests for... maintenance to correct the fire hazard and potential water damage have gone ignored for two weeks with no record of me calling. I just came home today and the new stove update resulted in more damage.
I am nervous that we will become financially responsible for the multiple damages and issues, since they go unattended to or recorded. I have tried to call the staff so there would be a record of damage and get it fixed but its been over two weeks. I walked in today, after a new update to the oven, and had to report more damage to the floors. I get there are partnered vendors and staff member present during these updates but this is ridiculous. Another apartment leasers in a different building let me know they also have had the same issues.
