Maintenance comes on a timely manner. This apartment complex is close to everything. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Very nice area. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment community us great. The staff is very pleasant, the building is well kept, and the maintenance crew is so attentive. I just moved in a few days ago, and noticed a few things out of place in my apartment. I filled out a maintenance slip of the issues I was faced with, and not only did they apologize, but came to my apartment the very next day, and addressed the issues quick and with ease. In my short period of time of being here I'm very pleased, and truly understand why they say,... you have "Arrived at the Chaddsford".
