Maintenance Requests Closed Without Being done

I'm a resident here for over two years. I am very unhappy with how maintenance requests are handled. I submit maintenance requests, they are closed without any work being done or any communication as to why. I call the office, they are sympathetic, but evidently have no authority to hold their maintenance staff accountable.

Not Well Run. Lots of Turnover. Maintenance optional.

I've lived here a few years. The office and maintenance people have completely turned over since I got here. They can't keep good employees. Maintenance requests are optional, sometimes they close them without completing them. Even so they jack the rent up every year at renewal. There are many empty apartments, I think that attests to the motivation people have to get out of here.

Packages stolen, poor management, has turned into regular staff turnover due to the many on-going issues.

Our First Home

I lived in my apartment at Berkley Manor for 2 years with my husband. It was our first home as a married couple. During that time, our lives saw many visitors, witnessed much laughter, and exerienced some deep loss. Our cozy apartment could not have been a more perfect place to live life at the start our our marriage. The community was always clean, safe and welcoming. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Most of all, it's a beautiful place to call home. Berkley Manor will always hold a very... special place in my heart. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move to Cranberry!
