Don’t bother wasting your money here.
Main take away would be that the houses are poor quality and the landlords suck and could care less about you.

I was looking for apartments with a pretty decent window of 2-3 months ahead of schedule. I placed my deposit then I had a family loss and they refused to give it back. I decided not to fight it figuring the fight wasn’t worth it but this is a warning for anyone who is like me trying to be ahead of the curve they will screw you over.

Forget about getting your deposit back. And they will actually charge you money on top of keeping your deposit even if you clean from top to bottom and get carpets professionally cleaned. Don’t even consider moving in here.

Trust me, lighting your money on fire is a better financial decision than renting from Palermo.
The apartments themselves are ok/mid, using luxury to describe them is a massive stretch.
Narrow roads. Little to no parking. Will charge you hundreds of $ outside of your security deposit when you move out. Charged monthly clubhouse fee even when clubhouse/pool was closed for months due to COVID, this was corrected eventually, but only after complaints and pressure mounted. Unresponsive management.... Paper thin walls. All of the negatives of renting while also having the responsibility and stress you would if you owned the place, aside from drastic repairs, you have to do it all.

Be prepared to deal with the most unhelpful and unavailable office staff in Erie. There are basically no positive aspects to living in these townhomes. The lay out is terrible, there is no storage space, the walls are extremely thin so it's very likely you'll be listening to your neighbor, neighbors frequently dump trash near the dumpster (not in it) where it sits until another resident places it in the bin, the buildings have a ton of maintenance issues which either dont get addressed or takes... weeks/months. Only stay here if every other rental property in Pennsylvania is unavailable.
