best apartment complex for price and space
honestly would be the best apartment complex I have rented in a while. spacious and prices are good. utilities are covered and they have a reachable staff which is something I always appreciate where i live, maintenance is generally pretty good, area is good and accessible to most places I need to go

Poor management, they don’t care about the residents wellbeing. Horrible property with no sidewalks or amenities .

Additionally, we have beautiful courtyards... that offer beautiful landscaping that we maintain such as flowers, apple trees and other variety of trees.

Good prices and quiet area
This is a great place to rent. The area is quiet and the people are nice. There are a lot of stores close by and access to major highways close by as well. The price of rent is the cheapest I’ve seen around and you only have to pay electric which is great. They allow pets as well. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance are good also. I would recommend colonial point to anyone looking to rent.

would 100% recommend
conveniently located, peaceful environment. My apartment is spacious and overlooks the pool. I love the management they are fast and quick to respond. I had a faucet that needed a new handle and maintenance completed within the same day
