I've never written a review for anything in my life but based on my experience up to this point it seemed appropriate...I recently moved in and Im located in the back of the complex which has train tracks...This was initially downplayed prior to signing a lease..Now that I'm here the noise is significant and the road noise is also significantly loud as well...The washer/dryer happened to be unusually loud as well...The fixtures for the bathroom mirrors are rusted and the shower curtain rods are... loose and seem like they could fall at any point...Maybe shame on me for having higher expectations but I did expect more based on the price point...Would not recommend.. I have lived in this community for a little over 3 years and made the right choice. I looked at a few others in this area, and I’m glad I picked this one!
When I walked in to look at Meridian I was greeted by Lilly at the front desk, then the manager Andrea showed me an apartment and showed me around the complex. They both are very warm ladies and will try and help you with just general questions or if you have a problem in your apartment or on the grounds.
If something goes wrong in your... apartment and a maintenance request is sent to the portal it isn’t long til your problem is taken care of thanks to Chris and Ryan.
The whole team makes you feel at home and the neighbors are friendly.
There are social events several times a year in the clubhouse and it’s available for tenants to use. There is an exercise room , copier and office space, and a very nice pool for swimming or just relaxing.
