Beautiful and Peaceful

I just moved out had to move back home to Canada. I lived here for almost a year. Property is really Nice. Friendly neighbours and loved every min living here. The management is really helpful and accommodated me in few issues I had. I recommend living here and rent price is best I could find for what I was looking for.

Be aware renting this place - Your 500$ deposit is taken from day 1 and will never be refunded.

The property manager (Cody) is a dishonest person who does not answer your phone calls and does not reply to any maintenance requests.

500$ deposit will be confiscated from day one so don't expect to receive it.

The place is very old and badly insulated that your bill will be at least 300$ heat.

A lot of mold in the apartments.

I do not recommend it at all.

Great apartment!

Last minute move for job. Found this great apartment near Pittsburg, but out of the city. Close to stores and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. Management made moving via internet easy...I was moving from Wisconsin and couldn't be there, so they arranged for email and mail rental agreements. I'm glad I chose Pine Ridge Apartments.
