Do NOT Rent here
I have been in the complex for 3 years and I have seen it all. The rent is too high for what you get. All rules and requirements are meant to get more money from you. When I first moved in, it was $30 per month nonvoluntary fee to pick up your garbage at your door 7 days a week (which I never use). Now, it is 4 days a week, if they decide to come. Another example is they give you a "free" garbage can when you move in. Great!!! Now, when I am moving out, it has to be spotless upon return... or I will be charged $150. The last straw was, that my toilet broke on Friday around 7:00 pm, late I get it. However, they did not come to fix it until Monday morning at 8:40 am. It is a one-bathroom apartment. Avoid the headaches!
