Absolutely unacceptable! Living in this apartment has been a nightmare, especially with no hot water for showers for weeks! Can you imagine being forced to shower in cold water while suffering from a cold? It's not only uncomfortable but also hazardous to health. Despite repeatedly voicing my complaints, the management has shown a complete disregard for resolving this basic yet critical issue. It's infuriating and disrespectful to pay rent in a place that can't provide fundamental amenities like... hot water. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a blatant neglect of tenant rights. Immediate action is demanded!

Hi! I live here now and I am living here again next year. I love it! It is by far the most conveniently located apartment to campus. The staff in the leasing office are all very friendly. Maintenance has been timely and attentive in the rare cases that we've needed them. As a grad student moving here from NYC, my room is a great size and I love having my own space and bathroom. I would recommend Found Study to anyone!

Delivery items kept being stolen. There is no door man and no way to secure your delivery, unless you pick up the delivery once they arrive. The management has done nothing to it.

The AC smells like fish and is unbelievably loud. Loud enough that you can't sleep (or work) with it on. The management is also unprofessional and will try to scare you because they know most of the people are students. Sound is definitely an issue as the other comments have mentioned and at this price, I'd definitely recommend just living at a house and not an apartment.

The location is very convenient to my school. There are also a lot of great restaurants and bars really close!
