The staff made the application and move-in process so easy. My apartment is beautiful and the grounds and amenities are very well maintained.

Moving to One Hampton Lakes was the best decision I have ever made!! The layout of the complex is amazing! We have a beautiful view of the lake with hammocks and swings and the club house has lots to offer also! The staff is very friendly and helpful also!!

I am in love with One Hampton Lake. This is an extremely welcoming community of people in one of the most beautiful spots in Bluffton. A stunning location with a view and wonderful amenities. The dog park is very clean and well kept, my pups love it. The management is extremely responsive and all of the staff, has gone above and beyond my expectations. As new resident, I feel truly cared for. Their responsiveness and focus on customer service is a rare thing to find in today's world. I would... highly recommend! ??????????

As a successful now retired Real Estate professional there was no question about renting in Hampton Lakes. It is aesthetically pleasing . The amenities are satisfactory and well maintained.
