As a successful now retired Real Estate professional there was no question about renting in Hampton Lakes. It is aesthetically pleasing . The amenities are satisfactory and well maintained.

A nice community, definitely need the gates up and running for security as well as our own openers so we don't have to stop and punch in codes . Also different due dates offered for paying rent , as some of us don't get checks deposited into bank until the third of the month, like a grace period offered ..... thank you

One Hampton Lake has been the best complex I have lived in so far. They have beautiful apartments, appliances, layout and take care of the buildings.
