Luxury Apartment Living

Bluewater at Bolton's Landing is a great place to live. We love their modern apartment layout with open floor plan and beautiful finishes. The community is beautiful, friendly staff and there's always fun things to do throughout the month.

Great place to live

We’ve lived here for 2.5 years and it’s been great! The new management team seems to be very helpful and making improvements. Diane has been the one constant, and she is so wonderful. Friendly, helpful and genuinely cares. The issues we’ve had have been addressed promptly. Location is great for us. Highly recommend Bluewater!

Highly recommend living here

Everything has been great, couldn’t be happier with a spot to live. Property always looks great ! Any interaction I have with the employees have been great and any issues I’ve had in the apartment have been resolved in a very timely manner.
