Quiet community. Kinda give senior citizen only community. Overall pretty decent, can’t complain much. Only thing I dislike is you can’t work on your car. So if you got a flat or need a jump….don’t let them see you or you getting fined. Not even sure what qualifies as working on your car fr.

The apartments are nice, mostly clean and usually quiet.

The big issues lie with the gate constantly being broken, people flying through the complex blaring music, and there not being assigned parking spots.
