Overall a great experience with the help of LaVita and the staff here. They helped me move in quickly and strategically. The facility gym is great, enough acres to run outside, the neighborhood is quiet, and the facilities are very up kept and clean!

I’m getting to learn a lot of new stuff about this place and it’s really exciting. My first trip to the dog park was interesting because my dog usually doesn’t like dog parks. He had no problem with this particular spot for some reason not sure why.

I’ve been living at Quail Run for 1 year and 8 months and it has been an amazing experience! The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help with concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable.

The amenities are top-notch— great pool, gym, and outdoor areas. The complex is always clean and well-maintained, and I feel very safe here. Parking is convenient, and the location is perfect, with... easy access to shopping centers and many restaurants.
