Wouldn’t recommend
Out of all the places to live in Greenville, I’d strongly advise avoiding this one. The rent is inflated for the condition of the property, and they clearly neglect upkeep and maintenance. The management, especially Courtney, is incredibly difficult to deal with. From the very start, she’s been unhelpful and rude, and she issues fines for even the smallest issues. It’s no surprise that there’s such high turnover among the staff—since I’ve lived here, they've gone through multiple front desk and... leasing agents. Response times are abysmal; I’ve often had to call multiple times without anyone picking up, and when I do get a response, it’s a lengthy wait.
The condition of the apartment when I moved in was disappointing: the carpets were poorly cleaned, the washing machine doesn’t work properly, leaving clothes stained, and it doesn’t drain or smell properly. I’ve also noticed mold around the balcony doors, and the pest control service is practically nonexistent—cockroaches are a frequent problem. The valet trash service is inconsistent at best, and when they fail to pick up your trash, you’re still fined as if it’s your fault.
With so many issues and the lack of proper management, this place simply isn’t worth the hassle.
