We have really enjoyed living here. We have always had great neighbors, and the noise level is good. We will continue to live here for a while.

Nice little community. People with pets seem respectful of picking up after them. Fairly quiet. Everyone seems friendly. We have been here for some time now.

I have been living at Bellwood estates for 4 yrs. We have gone through a change in management during this time. I love the community. It’s convenient and the maintenance staff is great
I think these apartments could b updated better and the lawn care isn’t very good. I live in the back of the complex and they never seem to get back here for leaf cleanup Otherwise. Pretty good

Everything has been great highly recommend living here. If you have any maintenance issues they come and fix very quickly. And if you need anything from the office they are very nice and helpful.

I am giving it 4 stars at this time because I feel like the quality of residents moving in need to be improved. People that consistently dump everything at the dumpster and don't actually throw it in. People allowing their kids to leave their junk where ever they feel like it and running around screaming in front of other people's windows. Just a couple of years ago it was so much more peaceful and I am afraid that is gone forever.
