Closes all amenities for no reason

They closed all amenities for no reason. No city, state or federal recommendations or ordinances. I’m actually still paying rent for another apartment with the same property management in Charlotte. Their amenities are still open just like all the other apartments in Greenville and Charlotte. It’s all hearsay no science logic or government ordinances. Other apartments have a reserve system, but they are apparently too lazy to implement a process

Stay away! Not safe!

The property is mismanaged. Shady individuals live there. No security officer, no security cameras, rules are not enforced.

Very, Very Noisy but Has a Harris Teeter

Ended up paying for a lease break because the noise coming from other apartments was keeping me up at night.
First let me say the complex is new, close to downtown, pretty and comes with a parking garage. Interiors are modern and look great. A security officer usually sits in the parking garage at night. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store close and the staff in the leasing office seem friendly.
However this is the noisiest place I have ever lived. And I'm not just talking about the...
road noise that comes from the 3 intersections surrounding the complex. Above, I hear every foot step, music and stomping at 2 in the morning on a regular basis. I hear toilets flushing and waste water rushing down the pipes in the wall, even from other units directly above me too! I can even hear a tenant snoring at night in a unit adjacent to mine. I put a fan going at night to drown out the noise. If you are thinking of moving here, get a top floor unit.
I've lived in many different apartment complexes but never had any issue like this but maybe I just got lucky. The first month here was ok, and I had gotten used to the road noise. Then tenants started moving in the units above and around mine and I became aware of the sound issues.
When living in a multi-unit building you are always going to hear some noise, like the occasional floor creaking or a washing machine running. But nothing like what I have had to deal with while living here. Maybe the building should have just been better insulated.
I have called the courtesy officer many times in the early hours of the morning. I have contacted the management several times about this issue but the problem still remains after several months. I have given my notice and will pay the break fee to go somewhere else.
If you are bothered by extra noise then this probably isn't the place for you. If noise doesn't bother you at all, then enjoy having a cool looking bridge to walk across and a Harris Teeter next door!
