Incumplidos.

Nos sentimos muy indignados con la administración, que falta de respeto. Cómo es posible que la vivienda que ocupamos este invadida de cucarachas, nos contactamos con la administración y se pacta una fecha para la cual nos hacen desocupar totalmente la cocina para poder fumigar correctamente, y resulta que en la fecha no se presenta nadie a fumigar, hablamos nuevamente en la dministracion y se pacta una nueva fecha, por lo tenemos que volver a desocupar totalmente la cocina y como es posible... que tampoco llega nadie a fumigar. Me parece una falta de respeto e insulto, ya que están jugando con nuestro tiempo. Y este es el momento en que la administración no nos ha dado respuesta ni se ha pronunciado al respecto, ya que si nosotros somos cumplidos con el pago y respetamos el contrato, merecemos también respeto hacia nosotros.

Don’t make the mistake I did

The outside of the building is covered in spiderwebs and bird excrement. When I walk into work I walk through clouds of weed smoke just to get to my car. The grounds are covered in dog poop and nothing is ever done about it. They say they provide bags, but every time I’ve looked they have been empty. The parking lot, even the parking lot in front of the leasing office, has multiple potholes that are a health and safety risk. When my toilet was backed up, they came in and ‘fixed’ it two days... later. Then they came in four days after that to actually fix it a second time. When AC/heat wasn’t working because the thermostat blew, it took a week to fix and even then they left a softball-sized hole in the wall for over a month. That hole, instead of being fixed, was covered with a plastic cover. When management was addressed with the issues, they said that “if corporate determined” it was an issue then they would fix it. The car wash is often broken. The grill area rarely has propane and the grills are never cleaned. Half the time the pool is out of service even when it’s ‘in season.”

I will not renew my lease. The new staff is trash. Do not recommend.

Run run run

If I could give no stars I would. When I first moved here in 2021 it was okay but things started going down very quickly. I don’t know any of the office staff but I can tell you they do not respond to emails even when you ask for a response which you shouldn’t have to do. The community has gone down hill because they allow any and everybody to move out here and they do not enforce the rules that are listed in the lease. People leave there trash out in the breezeway all day!! Even when valet... service isn’t running you will find lazy sorry folks sitting there trash out and leaving it out for DAYS!!!!! Rental staff is aware of this but they don’t address it! Loud music after quiet hours, kids running wild and free, gym isn’t stocked no wipes or anything you have to bring your own, I gave them a notice to vacate back in March and when I login to pay my rent on yesterday it shows I have a balance due for the full month of June which is incorrect. They told my husband it would be updated by end of business yesterday or today and we have to pay with a money order even though we have been paying online for the two years we have been here but fine I went to get a money order and dropped it off yesterday! Signed in this morning still showing a balance and it shouldn’t. I can’t wait to leave this place. I would not recommend!

Great

We moved from Kentucky, so we moved in blind. In short, we'd move here again ??

Pros:
-The pictures don't do it justice, the walkways, doors, and the rooms are so spacious. The countertops, floors, and lighting are all so nice and modern.
-Management is so kind and friendly, and maintenance does a great job without fail, always on top of things.
-Laundry is 1.75 or 1.50 for washer, 1.50 for dryer, and Ive never seen the amenities out of order or not taken care of.
-Secure package drop off...

-Our apartment was clean & smell free
-A trail that wraps around the complex and goes straight to the doggy park immediately across the street
-Cheap internet/trash/insurance package
-Plenty of free parking
-Never been worried about theft or crime
-AC is cold & effective
-So many outlets!

Cons:
-Pretty much the only complaint we have is regarding the showers. One shower is a huge, deep tub with such nice tile behind it, love it. The other? Its a 22" tub (standard is 30) with ledges that are only 1.25" so they're unusable. It is so small and annoying & the curtain is always touching you.
We also only have 13 minutes of hot water, total. Every day. Max 15.

Things we dislike but are NOT the complex's fault:
-The walls scuff super easy
-Our neighbor drives a loud car that they rev about 10 times a day that everyone can hear
-Can hear conversations, music, and walking from our upstairs neighbors
-We live on the front side of building 1 and we get ZERO sunlight through the windows. The sun follows a perfect path that gives us nothing but shade, and the living room has no overhead lights so its usually dark.

I hope that was unbiased enough to trust, I would for sure move in again. Happy we made this choice for our apartment, its been the most painfree apartment weve lived in. ??
