Great location Nice location. Great size unit. Maintenance staff very responsive and friendly. Only complaint is lease does not list information or clause about breaking or ending lease early.

Best Place to Live The property Manager Brittany is the best to work with as well as the rest of the staff. Any issues I had was addressed immediately

Excellent Customer Service! We are transitioning from our current home to a custom built one. We needed to find a 6 month lease that ticked all our boxes and Redwood was the only one that offer the single level, 2 ca garage duplex option. From the moment we entered the office, Quanna was and has been consistently professional, helpful and most of all patient. We are retired folks with marginal electronic computer skill. Quanna answered all of our questions, gently guided us through the... process and did it all with a smile.
We only moved in 3 days ago, but the follow-up has been amazing thus far. Every team member we encounter on site always waves with a smile. They honestly look like they enjoy working here and are truly happy to see you.
If we ever decide to truly downsize to apartment living for the long term, this is where we will move back to live.
