Quiet

The apartments are really decent for the price point, the office staff is very nice, and the neighborhood is very quiet. A great place to live and actually be able to save money.

Not a good place to live

2 different owners & 4 office managers in the last year.
Maintenance requests & orders not filled or discussed
One trash site at the back where all the pot smoking goes on
Internet is limited to two choices because no “dishes” are aloud outside even though there’s serval standing ones
Everyone has different rent prices
Cops are a regular, mainly toward back where trash cans are
Staff are not friendly
