The management team as well as the maintenance team always gets things done the best that they can. Most neighbors are very friendly and keep to themselves. It’s very quiet but also very lively at the same time. It’s a wonderful neighborhood.

I’ve been living here going on 5 months now it’s great the people are nice the neighborhood is quiet great place to live. I enjoy the gym and the pool.

Silvana Oaks Apartments is simply amazing, the community is excellent and is located in a perfect place walking distance to everything that you would need. The Management Team words can not express how amazing Adriana and Kayla are with all of the tenants. They go above and beyond within their means to assist you in any way that they can. The maintenance team we call them the A- Team they are amazing as well. When you need something done they are there to take care of any problem you may have. I... truly made the best decision by selecting this community to call home.

Other than the 25 cockroaches I kill everyday, it's a great place to live. They have diminished since pest control was called, who arrived in a timely fashion and will be back for a follow up to spray more.

Great community to live in, lots of activities for kids and walking distance from all my favorite food spots. I love the fact that I can get off work and go to the community gym
