How Is This Rating Determined?

Great Location

Good community of people from my experience, and the location is great for a couple if reasons. One, you are right next to the bike path and skunk creek. Two that you are just a few blocks from Hyvee, and Lake Lorraine. Easy access to shopping, but the complex is tucked in enough that you can walk out your door and feel separated from the town around you.

An awesome place to live.

I have rented a lot of apartments, but Foxmoor Apartments is my favorite. It seems like they're raising the cost of rent and to be honest, it is justified.

Disrespectful property manager

Property manager is demeaning and condescending. Hidden fees including guaranteed $200 cleaning fee at end of lease. They just care about getting your money.

Excellent property

I’ve been renting here for 3 years and just signed for another year. My experience here has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredible including the maintenance staff. My apartment is perfect and overlooks Skunk creek and the bike path. My Bank, salon, dentist, grocery store and Dr. are all within 6 blocks which means living here is super convenient. I’m also close to tons of shopping with Lake Lorraine and the Mall right around the corner. Overall I would give 5 stars!

Great Apartment Complex

I've been at Foxmoor for seven years...nice place, safe, friendly people. Good response from maintenance. Many apartments offer open views, some of Skunk Creek and the bike paths. Just a short drive from a nice Hy-Vee grocery.
