Our brand-new community building hosts a fitness center, community space, and package receiving. Out back, there's also a fire pit. the management sucks don't rent here. they are only 2 workers there and 90% of thr timr they are never there.

Malicious dishonesty

The property manager/maintenance will enter your unit without conspicuous notification, at best. Do not expect to get your deposit returned. They will lie to you multiple time about your refund being in the mail. Then you will receive a notice of collections for the bill they concealed from you. Also, if your vehicle is vandalized, expect nothing to be done. Or maybe it is just incompetence. good luck

Renters Beware!

This property is for profit not for people. There are two staff members for the entire complex, the security cameras don't actually work, 4 of the 10 lamp posts don't work and need bulbs but management refuses, the lack of communication is unacceptable, their 4-month project is going on month 8, the parking lot and grounds are unkept and completely littered (including nails, glass, and gum) 24/7, the exterior doors do not completely close so no energy efficiency or pest control, the place... changes completely after dark, the management is entirely unprofessional, my car was broken into for the first time in my life, the garage spot I rented for security damaged my car, requests and urgent needs are closed and unaddressed, and I've been tricked into paying full price for the incompletely outdoor area I specifically chose this place for. Other places offer more and better I promise!! Their responses to reviews are also telling.

Stay away

this place changes management every year and each time it does they try to show they can make money. it is by charging residents more and taking away basic services like trash pickup, working washer and dryer they don't fix broken things but collect their rents. This place has had roaches, bed bugs and backed up sewer lines. Please find a different place this is not worth the money or headaches.

The property has changed hands multiple times in the past few years, that is true. Newbury has managed since December 2019, and since then, we have been aggressively making upgrades to the property. We have relocated the trash, not removed that... amenity, replaced all common laundry machines with free-to-use, commercial-grade, new equipment, and we have been actively completing monthly pest control.
