Not the worst
Pros: It's nice on the inside. The two bedroom is not the biggest, but it works if you don't have a lot of furniture. The entryway is spacious and the coat closet is nice too. There is lots of kitchen cabinets. The linen closet is handy! The patio is also pretty big compared to other places.
Cons: The builders didn't tighten the knobs all the way so almost all of the knobs to the cabinets and drawers and doors are loose. The sliding glass door is SUPER drafty. We are going to get one of those... window plastic things because we literally freeze when we sit in the living room. I'm sure it isn't helping our electricity bill. When the fridge runs, its quite noisy. The washer and dryer are behind thin doors so when they are running it also gets loud. We have lived in two apartments previous to this one and we have never been able to hear our neighbors (side and above) as much as we do here. Especially when we are in bed and someone comes home at night the stairs are SO LOUD! And, if it is completely quiet in here, we can hear a normal conversation from the people above us. The parking is VERY limited. Cars are supposed to have parking passes but they do not seem to enforce it very well. But it sucks because there are no places for guests to park!
So if you can get over those things, this place is pretty good :)
