Horrible complex

This is a horrible complex. The leasing office charged me a whole year for renters insurance when I was already covered under my own insurance. When I brought it to their attention I was told that I would only be reimbursed for 6 months. I’d given proof of my coverage at the time that I renewed my lease. After going back and forth with the leasing office for several months after I moved out, I still was never reimbursed for my renters insurance when this clearly was a clerical error.
The...
apartments are not updated for the amount of rent that you pay. A week before I moved out, someone was robbed and shot in front of one of the apartment buildings. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. I’m so glad I finally moved

Do not let the set up images fool you. This place is disgusting

I wish I could could zero or negative stars. I am writing this review on every website possible. Horrible. They sure make you feel wanted (sarcasm). They do everything they can to make you want to leave. The stairs are falling apart and they replace it with wood! Fire alarms go off for two hours and finally the idiot maintenance man shows up without the keys to the fire alarm box. Like really? This place shouldn’t even be standing. I have called codes once and I’m probably calling again. This... place is ridiculous! I pray for the day I fall through because of broken stairs. I WILL SUE. Trust me. Everyone needs to stay away! Far away. The security gate didn’t work when I got here, they fixed it for a couple days but then it stopped working again. The other gate I’d padlocked shut. People do like 30 through the parking lot. Took 2 months for them to finally get my mail box fixed, because it had no door and they kept blaming the post office but it’s THEIR property and THEIR responsibility. Someone was robbed the first day I lived here and they did nothing to improve security, because they don’t care about you. They constantly send letters stating the rules and these are ridiculous y’all, which makes you feel very unwanted. They MAKE you pay for valet trash, it’s not an option. But they only collect trash last 8 pm and you HAVE to leave the garbage can outside and the trash in the can, otherwise it’s a 50$ fine. So what happens if you have the trash can outside, what do you do with any trash you have inside? Well too bad. This place is a joke and the staff are incompetent.

You get what you pay for

When I first moved in, the apartment was DISGUSTING. I wish I could post pictures of the condition of the apartment from when I moved in. I overlooked the absolute disregard for cleanliness because I had already signed the lease and moved in sight unseen. BIG MISTAKE. The only thing that was clean about the apartment was the carpet but who knows what lies beneath.

Throughout my year long tenancy, I have contacted the office multiple times regarding dogs off their leash causing a dangerous...
and unsanitary environment for all residents and their pets. Nothing was ever done about the off-leash dogs so i just dealt with it and tried to avoid the areas where those dogs commonly were. The maintenance guys see the dogs off leash all the time and nothing is ever done about it. More recently, an issue has arisen because a neighbor in my building did not have their dog on the leash. It was brought to the office's attention but, once again, nothing was done. The situation escalated to the other neighbor threatening me.

It is practically impossible to get a response from the property manager unless you happen to go to the office and surprise her. Regardless of the method of contact (e-mail or phone call) you can expect to wait OVER A MONTH to get a response from the Regional Manager who is content sending a snide, condescending response without even proofreading it.

I'll admit i was quite naive when I moved here thinking all property managers had honor and couthe but I've been made wiser by this experience. There's a reason it's cheap. You get what you pay for from the management. The only thing worth being here for is the square footage and that's not even worth it.

Absolutely love it here!

I've lived here for a year and I'm getting ready to renew my lease. The office staff is very friendly and professional and they actually care about you as a resident. Any time I've had an maintenance issue, they've attended to it that day. They spray for bugs every few months and I haven't had any issues. The best part has been having the pool this summer with my kids. There are lots of kids in the neighborhood for them to play with and the other residents are very nice. It's certainly been a... good year and I look forward to another one.
