Amazing!!

I came to Waterford after having a horrible experience with another apartment that left me with less than a week to find a new place. I was frantic and stressed and Heather literally saved me from soon-to-be hell. The staff so far is insanely helpful and responsive, always at their computers, and this application process has been so swift and easy. I am so excited to live here!

My experience on becoming a resident

I had been looking for an apartment for a few months,and came across The Waterford Crossing.The leasing Specialist Chanell was the best.She went above and beyond walking me threw the steps and the process with everything that I needed to do.Im looking forward to becoming part of the community.So far the overall experience was great,the tour,the atmosphere everything appears to be great.

Great Staff!

Chanell was very, VERY helpful! We went and got a tour of the apartment we wanted , and she made the tour feel like it was a VIP tour! She was professional, informative, warm, and she treated us like royalty . The apartment we looked at was very nice , the amenities in the community looked highly exceptional, so we made no hesitation to make this place our home for a while ! Thank you Chanell for your hospitality, and for making us feel like our selection here at Waterford Crossings was a great... choice!
