After looking at many apartments, we decided that Ashton Brook was the place for us. The apartment is a good size and it is clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent as it is located close to many shops and restaurants. The office staff is incredible and knowledgeable. They made it very easy to get through the rental process and get moved in.

Apartment is old, however appliances inside the home are good. Additional Internet cost by default is unnecessarily charged to renter. Amenities charge are little high.

Ashton: Pros and Cons
Pros:
1. Excellent location
2. Quality apartments
3. Good schools
4. Kids Play area
Cons:
1. Expensive mandatory internet service
2. Lack of transparency in water billing; no individual water meters per apartment
3. Management could improve in certain areas
4. Gym facilities are limited and insufficient for such a large community

If your looking for a quiet, yet modern aspect of living then Ashton Brook is your place. The newly renovated apartments are very nice and the luxuries they provide regarding amenities are incomparable. The new fitness center and brand new reconfigured/ resurfaced pool are great additions. Esepcially if you are a cold plunger and fitness enthusiast like me. Those aspects are crusil for my development as an athlete. I look forward to another great year at this location and the facilities they... provide.
