Parking
Don’t waste your money, a gated apartment complex sounds nice. I’ve lived here for nine months and the gate just started working the past two months. The problem is some residents are forced to park outside of the gate due to the new parking plan and fear of being towed. They have color coded spaces to each building while leaving a small number of spaces open for overflow parking. The real head-scratcher is each person on the lease is allowed a vehicle but only one parking pass per apartment.... Since this new policy has been implemented I have arrived home from work at midnight to the overflow parking full and had to park outside of the gate because I gave my girlfriend our one pass. The most frustrating part is I counted ten open spaces in front of my building alone, not to mention the countless other open spaces in front of other buildings. The parking wasn’t great before but nobody had to park outside of the gate and lose a benefit of living here. If you choose to live here just be prepared if you have more than one person whether it’s a SO, roommate or family member, only one of you will be able to reap the full benefits of what you pay for.
