Not worth your money or time
Long story short it took about a month for us to get our carpet replaced for an issue they were aware of because a their previous team member lived in the unit prior to me moving in... Flash forward to about the third staff change in the office … I go in to discuss I would not be renewing and the steps I needed to take to avoid charges at move out. Actually, I went in to discuss my concerns about three times with the current Assistant because I had a weary feeling about what the process would... look like based on my move in experience. My main concern were the walls in my apartment because I have a 1 year old who frequently uses the walls as her support. Even up until the weekend of my move out I still was trying to take care of the issue on all occasions we’re advised not to worry about it, just for the staff to charge me $450 for a full paint. I wouldn’t won’t my worst enemy to live in these apartments. The customer service is the poorest , from beginning to end.
Furthermore I requested to speak with a regional and the Assistant told me her could resend pictures and at this time will not return my calls or reply to my email.
