Fortress Grove Apartments

If I could give zero stars I would. We have lived in 3 different units on this property and have had nothing but problems. From noisy neighbors, to trash overflowing, to being threatened by neighbors, and pot smell in every apartment. This place is full of issues and that is not even all of it. Parking is a nightmare and has been the entire time we have been here and this complex is just shady overall.

Today we gave our intent to move out and the apartment complex responded by charging us... $2800+ for an error that was made on their part 10 months ago. My car was just hit in the parking lot last night. When I came to ask about video cameras I was instructed they are only in the front of the building where the lease office is. This is a huge complex that should have cameras. I was unaware of this. Also they didn’t even care about where it happened or what apartment I was in to figure out if there was even a possibility of seeing the accident. I was instructed to file a police report then call my insurance with no details. I work late and there... is rarely any parking so I had to park on the other side of the complex. I loved here its wonderful place to live. Very friendly neighbors. Very peaceful.

I moved in at the end of May and its felt like home from the first night I was in my apartment. It was an effortless process to become a resident. Sarah is very professional, kind and helpful. The entire staff is. I see how hard the maintenance team works to keep the community clean. Living here truly feels like home, I already see myself resigning my lease because its such a great community to call home.

I just moved to the apartment complex and it hasnt even been 3 weeks. Sarah, Stacey, Corey and Dale have been such a sweet wonderful fast feedback help. To make me comfortable in my new luxury apartment.
