Great area, great staff , decent gym, clean safe and walkable area tons to do and downtown is only a 10-15 walk away. Regular wear and tear like most apartments have .

Love the place have no complaints thinking about staying for another year when my lease ends! It is a great apartment complex and a good community the staff is there to help and any problems I had or questions I had they were always there to answer great place!

Very easy move and pickup of keys, fob, etc.! They also gave us a move in gift of a cutting board, travel mug, and wireless charger which was very kind!

I have been renting for over 5 years and Atlas has hands down been the best apartment I’ve lived at. Its quiet, clean, has a great location, and attentive staff.
They are always so friendly and seem to really take pride in their jobs. Tom and Matt in particular are the best! Another big plus is how pet friendly Atlas is. Tom has gone out of his way to get to know my dogs and make sure they’re comfortable with him.

Love the balcony and storage space! Parking has been a bit difficult. I’ve always been able to find a spot, but the spots are small and most are sandwiched between concrete pillars. Other than that it’s been great!
