I’ve really enjoyed my experience here. Airport is 15 min away. Downtown is a 15 min walk. Easy access to the highway, and great resident events so you can meet neighbors.

If I wasn't moving from Nashville, I would renew my lease at Broadstone SoBro for a third time. I love the layout of my apartment, the modern design, and the amenities. The staff is fantastic. The location is great!

Moving is never the most exciting process, but this whole experience has been completely stress-free. Sarah was amazing! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. She answered any question I had before I even had to ask. Every friend or family member who has visited has been in awe of both the staff and the welcoming environment here! Highly recommend!

Broadstone Sobro has allowed for my first year in Nashville to be fantastic. The staff are all so kind, efficient, & communicative. The apartments themselves are beautiful & my dog loves to run around at the dog run outside :)
